GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY WITH BEST CHEFS
OF THE CANARY ISLANDS.

Chefs acknowledged as the best on the Canary Islands, will present PESHI guests a 9-course set menu created jointly with the restaurant chef Uson Ergeshov, which will be a real journey into the world of haute cuisine.

Juan Carlos and Jonathon Padron are a unique gastronomic tandem themselves, for many years they are in the spotlight of foodies from all over the world.
Jonathan Padron is a talented pastry chef-experimenter, and in 2017 the International Academy of Gastronomy awarded his brother Juan Carlos the title of "Best Chef of the Future".

After gaining knowledge and experience working in restaurants in France and Spain, they returned to their motherland and created their own project, El Rincon de Juan Carlos restaurant in Santiago del Teide (Tenerife, Spain), where each of the brothers took their place. El Rincon de Juan Carlos is a flagship project of Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padron. It was awarded the Michelin Star in 2016 and the two Soles Guia Repsol in 2017, which it retains to date.

Sessions:

The gala dinner will be held on November 22, session starts at 19:00pm. Guests will enjoy a complete immersion into the atmosphere of the Canary evening due to sounds of Spanish guitar.

Michelin brunchies. On weekends, November 23 and 24, from 14.00pm, PESHI guests will be able to order a set menu and begin acquaintance with dishes to the sound of acoustic accompaniment of the Moscow cover band.
