Elena Shevtsova started her restaurant business, when purchased PESHI restaurant on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. In 2017 it moved to a new location in the heart of Moscow, on Okhotny Ryad.
Today PESHI is a premium restaurant that offers its guests a wide selection of rare and freshest fish from all over the world, a rich wine list and the highest level of service.

In 2015 she opened the second restaurant, that is Elena's dream come true.

Saratov is a restaurant with traditional Russian cuisine, reflecting not only cultural features of our country, but also the identity of the oldest city in Volga region. It is located in the historic center of Moscow - in Gostiny Dvor on Ilinka Street.
This year, Helen has got to work under the new project - Express Buffet – a new concept of fast food. Express Buffet offers full lunches prepared from farmers' products. What is remarkable, despite the high quality of products, the average check rarely exceeds 300 rubles. In addition, if you are in a hurry the service is managed in such a way as to make an order and eat your meal in 15 minutes. The second location will open soon in Moscow.

Restaurant business for Helen is less business than a favorite work. She spent her childhood at the family restaurant RIO, which was closed in 2011. Helen is not only easily solving management tasks, but also participates actively in developing the concept of restaurants and menus.

To date Elena Shevtsova runs her own restaurant business, and also developing beauty projects. But despite the busy schedule, she finds time to be perfect mother of two boys.
